About Living Well with Levi
Levi ("Lay-vee") Ben-Shmuel is a Tai Chi and Ayurveda teacher. After meeting an older man who was in remarkable shape on his high school tennis court, he became inspired to find ways to live so he could be in great shape mentally, physically, and spiritually for the long run.
Out of his experience of Tai Chi, meditation, holistic nutrition, and Ayurveda, Levi developed programs that inspire people to live with less stress, greater harmony, more energy, and peace.
Levi studied Tai Chi under Grandmaster Gin Soon Chu and his son, Master Vincent Chu. He is a health instructor in Ayurveda.
